Technical Specs

This Ion-X from Miniature Aircraft utilizes two stage gearing, driven by an Neu 1521/1.5Y inrunner motor which receives its power from a Jazz 55-10-32 ESC.  This in turn is powered from two FlightPower 5S1P 3700 mAh Lipo packs wired in series.  This arrangement allows for 7 minute flight times with some reserve.

This Ion-X has been transferred to another fleet in Texas.  It's canopy has been kept as a memento, and may yet be seen flying at the swamp on Ion-X Beta.
